I am currently a one-man business, and so there is a limit to how much work I can get done!

Turnaround times vary greatly - occasionally I can turn a job around in a day, more usually it's a week, and sometimes it can be two weeks. To give you some idea, I typically have 10 to 15 jobs queued up at any one time.

Therefore to avoid disappointment, please think ahead and place orders as far in advance as possible.

Even when I can turn around a project quickly, it is almost guaranteed that quality will suffer if I am rushed to complete it. If you want the best out of me, you need to allow a decent amount of time for a project to be completed.

In the world of design, there is a mantra which is very true- "you can have any two of the following, but not all three: Quality, Speed, Low Cost"
